If you cancel your appointment and need to reschedule, you must do so within our Booking Portal and pay another deposit.

If the salon service you desire is not listed, it is no longer offered at Studio V.

Masks required upon entry and must be worn for the duration of your appointment until further notice.

If you or anyone in your household has been diagnosed with Covid-19, RSV, flu or any other respiratory illness within 7 days prior to your appointment, please contact us about your appointment.

If you feel unwell or have any cold or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.

We do not accept CASH under any circumstances. Credit or debit card only.

We do NOT accept Cash App.

No extra people are allowed in the salon during your appointment.

All appointments must be approved by management. Deposits are required to book and are non-refundable. Please do not just show up. Your appointment is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email that you are on the schedule.

If you are a no-show, you must pay a $25 rebooking fee to book another appointment and your previous deposit will be forfeited.
